While Amanda offers the audience her personal perception of this issue, she also encourages viewers to form their own perspectives. Although Amanda initially intended to present a literal portrayal of organised begging and the begging mafia, her project has evolved into a much more personal response to the issue. By visualising and externalising the memories she has accumulated, Amanda allows the audience to view and engage with her experiences.
