'kay yaya KNOW' is a foldout booklet included in the support kit, designed to educate readers on the topic of emotional labour that is a large part of domestic work. As defined by Arlie Hochschild, emotional labour is “the process of managing feelings and expressions to fulfil the emotional requirements of a job”, and this project prioritises the importance of recognising and supporting this.
