'kay yaya TAGS' are included in the support kit and can be used by both employers and helpers to positively reflect on their thoughts and experiences with each other and share this on social media. This is included as part of the project as a motivation incentive for both parties in dialogue. There are two 'tag' cards that can be photographed on their own or with either the employer or helper, and posted on social media with a hashtag collecting similar reflective posts.
