Reina's 'Nature Versus Man-Made' textile croquis reflects the idea of the 'natural' and the 'man-made' competing for a place in this world. Reina explores how the 'unnatural' is gradually dominating and overcoming the natural objects of the world. The motifs, themes and colours of Reina's pattern have been inspired by a steampunk aesthetic, while vintage, fantasy and machinery themes have also been incorporated into the fabric designs.
