The 'Exposure' campaign utilises video and graphic posters to explore how the overwhelming promotion of gambling in Australian sport impacts young adults. In Australia, sport has become saturated with the encouragement and promotion of gambling, which is particularly evident in two of Australia's most popular sports: National Rugby League (NRL) and Australian Football League (AFL). The extent of these advertisements is evident before and after games, on the players' jerseys, and on the sporting field itself. 'Exposure' aims to introduce a campaign to: investigate the extent to which young adults associate gambling with sport; question whether the exposure of betting companies normalises gambling in sport; and raise awareness about the dangers of gambling. This has been achieved through the analysis of marketing techniques, semi-structured interviews, and published interviews with players of the sport. The practice-based research includes a graphically designed educational flyer and a set of two continuously looped videos played alongside each other.
