Relative Peace
We are creatures of time and although we cannot ‘see’ time, we can feel time. How then do our biases in thinking about our past, present or future affect our mental health and ultimately who we are? This design project aims to explore the relationship between our time perception and mental health. We often hear phrases such as, “Forget about the past” or “Live in the moment” but why? Engaging with these ideas, this set of postcards is designed to promote interactions between individuals that are dealing with mental health, and/or people who are helping individuals manage their mental health. These postcards ultimately promote mental health as an on-going process throughout life.
