The two hour differences between us.
This project was inspired by the concept of the ‘moon’ in Chinese which represents family, hope and gathering. These amulets were created for Chinese families in which the children are studying abroad, and the parents are living in China. When the users wear the amulet, it reminds them that although their family members are separated and experiencing time differences, they are still sharing the same experience of looking at the moon.
