William Gembitsky’s animated short film ‘On the Same Page’ aims to explore societal and individual ideologies through an examination of the media as a means of influence. Following a day in the life of an unnamed protagonist, ‘On the Same Page’ explores how we as individuals will perceive the same information differently and what happens when we are presented with new perspectives. This work considers the notion that our preconceived beliefs may conceal the reality of the world around us.
