Graduate Exhibition

Jonathan Cao's paintings embody an exploration of the aesthetics of the glitch in the context of an analog visual approach. This work seeks to encapsulate the beauty of error, mistakes and accidents that would otherwise be considered as something to be fixed or replaced, embracing the aspect of chance inherent in the medium of paint.
