Graduate Exhibition

Caitlin Fargher's practice explores the current environmental situation in Australia through familial narratives which she has followed deeply into their colonial roots. By accessing these stories through the tastes, smells and textures of her childhood, Caitlin hopes to engage with the complexities of the dark and sticky histories of the land on which she works. By re-evaluating the past, Caitlin encourages a re-engagement with a world that is falling into disrepair.
