'Twisted', as an illustrative children’s poetry book, aims to expose the darker side of mythical creatures from a less 'sugar-coated' perspective. Whilst portraying these characters in a whimsical style, 'Twisted' is set in a realm where things are not always what they seem. The book references original fairy tales and folklore, emphasising the drastic change in representation of these creatures through time.
